It has a light ruby red colour with hints of geranium red. Its fine morel fragrance reminds us of black pepper; on the palate it is pleasantly tannic and perfectly balanced with a lingering after-taste.

Meditation wine. It also goes well with red meat dishes, medium and long-aged cheeses, fried foods and tempuras.
