Tasting notes
It shows a beautiful intense ruby red colour with bright purple shades, it opens with a wonderful scent with notes of red fruit and blueberry and closes with a warm taste of cocoa and cinnamon. In the mouth the body is balanced, intense, stresses the historical tradition and has pleasant exotic notes.
Pairings
It is a great Barbera with a distinctive personality that fits well with main dishes or with mature cheese.
